By utilizing our mobile laser digitizing system, we can perform complex inspection both at your
facility as well as at our Livonia, MI location. In the past, GKS personnel have assisted companies
internationally in countries such as China, Mexico, and Canada.
Having the work done at your facility can be beneficial when the object to be worked on is too large to
be moved, or may involve too much down-time for in-production items. For example, in the case of a
production die, shipping the die to an inspection facility would result in at least two to three days of
lost production. Whereas, if the inspection work were performed at your facility, the down time may only
consist of one shift. On-site work can be especially important with items such as prototypes, which may be
far too delicate or valuable to be transported. |
